Jeremy W. Alters is the founding and managing partner in the law firm of Alters Law Firm, P.A. with two Florida offices in Miami-Dade and Broward counties and one international office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Alters Law Firm handles medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, maritime and tragic brain injury cases for individuals and families. For business owners, Alters Law Firm represents Plaintiffs in major business disputes where a trial lawyer is needed for the effective resolution of the case whether by trial or settlement. Mr. Alters is the firm’s lead litigator for mass torts, consumer class actions, and most recently serves on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Multidistrict Litigation surrounding the Chinese drywall crisis. Mr. Alters is currently expanding the firm's practice on a Global scale. This initiative may be an unprecedented step for a law firm that handles exclusively Plaintiff's cases. He has met with various Government officials in South America and continues to develop relationships around the world to further Alters Law Firm's Global practice.

  DAVID RASH
 
DAVID RASH

David C. Rash was born on August 18, 1962 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mr. Rash is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Florida Bar. Since 1990, Mr. Rash has successfully tried numerous criminal and catastrophic injury cases in the state and federal courts of Louisiana and Florida, including having worked on a landmark tobacco class action in Miami resulting in a $4 billion verdict, recently overturned on appeal. Mr. Rash has argued before the Florida Supreme Court and most recently, he was involved in a case against a major cruise line where the catastrophically injured crew member client received a $9 million settlement before a trial date had even been set. Mr. Rash has earned the highest ability and ethical 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the world's most preeminent peer review rating service.

  BRUCE ROGOW
 
BRUCE ROGOW

Bruce Rogow began his legal career in 1964 when he was hired by the Lawyers' Constitutional Defense Committee as one of two full time lawyers in Jackson, Mississippi representing civil rights workers in Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. In late 1966 Mr. Rogow returned to Florida from Mississippi. He became the Assistant Director of the Greater Miami Legal Services program and also taught at the University of Miami Law School. Since 1974 Mr. Rogow has been a professor at Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Fort Lauderdale.

ROBERT C. "BOBBY" GILBERT

Bobby Gilbert specializes in complex business litigation and class actions, primarily involving business torts and contracts, consumer protection, unfair competition and antitrust, affinity fraud, banking misconduct and environmental issues. He regularly handles cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Gilbert is a member of the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Ninth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest skills and ethics rating among his peers in the legal profession.

JUSTIN GROSZ

Justin D. Grosz is an attorney at Alters Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Grosz has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1993. He began his career with the State Attorney's Office in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, where he spent close to 12 years as an Assistant State Attorney. While there, he specialized in the investigation and prosecution of career criminals charged with Homicide, Kidnapping, Armed Robbery and Carjacking, dedicating himself to assisting victims of violent crimes obtain justice. He also supervised fellow prosecutors in the investigation and prosecution of DUI Manslaughter, Vehicular Homicide and Hit and Run fatalities. Justin has been board certified in criminal trial practice since 2002 and has been a member of the Federal Bar since 1999.

DANIEL KORN

Daniel Korn is Of Counsel at Alters Law Firm, P.A. where he is in charge of the firm's Buenos Aires office and largely dedicated to supporting US-Argentina government and private interests. A graduate of Yale College (B.A. magna cum laude '89) and the University of Virginia Law School (J.D. 1995), Daniel began his law career as an associate at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York (1995-1998) where he worked primarily in project finance and capital markets transactions in Argentina, Mexico and Panama. Mr. Korn is also a graduate of the Juilliard School (B.M.1984) where he was concertmaster of the Juilliard Symphony.

ANDRE CRENSHAW

Andre Crenshaw is an attorney at Alters Law Firm, P.A. and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1998. He received his B.S. from the University of South Florida in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of Miami in 1997. Early in his career, Mr. Crenshaw practiced law at Kubicki Draper, a top insurance defense firm. After gaining valuable experience in insurance law, Mr. Crenshaw went on to practice as an associate at Gary, Williams, Parenti, et al., a prestigious personal injury firm in Stuart, Florida, where he worked with some of the best personal injury and insurance defense lawyers in the country. Using the knowledge he gained, he founded the Crenshaw Law Firm in Miami Shores, Florida, which specialized in both personal injury and criminal defense.

  Matthew Moore
 
MATTHEW MOORE

Matthew T. Moore became an associate of Alters Law Firm, P.A. in 2009 after clerking at the firm during his last two years of law school.  He graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in May 2009.  Among other achievements while at Nova, he was editor-in-chief of Nova Law Review, the school’s first evening student to attain that position, and was the recipient of the Student Bar Association’s Award for Academic Excellence.  Mr. Moore concentrates on appellate and federal practice, as well as litigation support for the firm’s various divisions.
